Ministry Management Seminars was established to provide seminars for churches to help educate and equip their staff and volunteers in tax, legal, and management areas.    Many times there are issues that the church or ministry does not even know they need to do something about.  It is our desire to help point out these issues and provide training for more effective work for the Kingdom.

Rick Battershell has been working with churches, pastors, and Christian ministries since 1981.  He is a CPA with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Pacific Lutheran University and a Master’s in Taxation from Golden Gate University .  He has been a long time member of the Washington State Society of CPAs and is a member of and regular speaker for the National Association of Church Business Administration.  In the early 1980s, Rick Battershell organized his first seminar for churches and ministers.  This yearly ministry rapidly expanded when Battershell & Co. was established in 1992.  Rick is dedicated to providing quality tax and accounting services to Christian ministries.  Currently, the firm spends approximately 80% of its time serving churches, ministries, and pastors.
